At Teraysun, we are committed to delivering your electric scooter quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. We ship from both our Overseas Warehouses (U.S. & EU) and our China Factory, depending on product availability and your delivery address.

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:
United States, European Union countries, and other major international destinations.

2. Shipping From the U.S. Warehouse (Free Shipping)

For customers located in the United States, eligible products ship directly from our U.S. warehouse.

  • Shipping Fee: Free

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Within 7 business days

  • Carrier: UPS / FedEx / USPS

This warehouse is stocked with our most popular models to ensure fast and smooth delivery.

3. Shipping From the EU Warehouse (Free Shipping)

For customers within the European Union, products ship from our EU warehouse.

  • Shipping Fee: Free

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days

  • Carrier: DPD / GLS / DHL

All VAT and duties are already covered for EU destinations—no surprise fees on arrival.

4. Shipping From China Factory

If the item is not available in your regional warehouse, it will ship from our China factory.

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination

  • Tracking: Provided once the order ships

We only charge a reasonable, cost-based shipping fee with full transparency.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
After shipping, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, our support team will assist promptly.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Teraysun is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
