5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
  • Full refund or exchange will be processed once the return is received and inspected.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Every Teraysun e-scooter is backed by a 1-year warranty on core components (battery, motor, and controller) and a 3-month warranty on plastic parts. Please note that wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, and inner tubes are excluded.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Teraysun and may not be used without permission.
